Networking, a key added value in the entrepreneurial journey of young African SMEs
In addition to thematic trainings aimed at strengthening the skills of entrepreneurs, SIBC strength relies on its community, which federates a large network of high-level speakers, sponsors and mentors and also offers participants the support and experience of its fellow entrepreneurs over the years.
Indeed, since 2017, SIBC has accompanied nearly 240 high-impact entrepreneurs in Africa in scaling up, measuring their social performance and preparing for fundraising. SIBC helps federate this pan-African community, creating bridges between SIBC promotions through a mentoring journey in which alumni get involved each year in order to coach a participant throughout their learning journey (taking a step back on the project, advice on strategic partnerships, access to new markets, access to contacts…).
